Washtec use the Reach and Wash system. This enables us to carry out cleaning of windows and frames, fascias and cladding from the ground using telescopic poles up to a height of 70ft, reducing the risk of falls and accidents. Ladders are only used to access areas such as roofs and stairwells. All water is provided and purified by ourselves and can be heated to a temperature of 40C to assist in the removal of algae, dirt from heavy road traffic, bird mess and wilfull damage like food and egg that has been thrown on to windows.
To minimise costs we own our own scissor lift that can reach a height of 10 metres which is used to safely access high level internal glazing.
All staff are CRB checked, wear a uniform clearly stating our Company name and have all reached a high level of approved training courses in Customer Service and Health and Safety in the Work Place which is on-going and constantly updated. Washtec realise all Companys' needs are different and that budgets dictate how regularly glazing can be cleaned. Therefore we are happy to advise and facilitate weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual cleans to glazing and recommend schedules of cleaning to meet those budgets.
