Washtec have invested in plant and machinery to cover all aspects of pressure and jet washing whatever the surface. Our commercial pressure washers are self contained units requiring no external power or water supplies meaning we can work in a variety of sites from large car parks, industrial units, rural or built up highly populated areas. The machines work between temperatures of 0 to 140C and to very low noise levels allowing us to work hours convenient to your Business but eliminating disturbance to any neighbours.
Our experience and full site surveys allow us to examine the surfaces needing cleaning and thus to determine the most appropriate method, ie high or low pressure washing and the temperatures required to give the best possible clean. Pressure washing can be used to clean all surfaces from ground level to high level cladding and fascias. The use of high powered rotary washers or lances with various applicators remove all moss, algae, unsightly marks, oil and waste stains, paint and food spills and general grime from areas constantly exposed to the elements or in constant use by human and vehicular traffic.
We are aware that not all areas are the same and have invested in different methods of applying any necessary solvents and sanitising chemicals from liquid to foam agents to ensure the maximum cleaning effect is reached.
